Keeping it active !!!
I've been starting a routine with Drew at Canada Games Pool working out every other day except today it a second executive day in a row because i missed like two days this Canada day. Yesterday i felt like i had trouble doing squats so i am doing it much slower and concentrating on my form. My achievement of that day was dead lifting 181 pounds !!! today while i'm typing out this post as fast as i can i'm planning on doing more squats, bench press, and rows. Rows i have the most trouble with in form so hopefully i get it right today and i will update on my next achievements.

Form is always important. Not only does good for help prevent injuries, it actually allows you to target and work the muscles the way they are meant to.
