Goal 05/28/13

my goal is to go to the gym 3 days a week and being able to run a lap under a 1 minute and 50 seconds . My plan for doing so is by creating a simple routine i can live by every morning and it can hopefully become my daily morning ritual, that can be a life habit. By then end date of July 15th.

  1. I know you'll reach your goal time for the lap. You've already come fairly close to that time, so just a bit more practice and you'll get there.

  2. I'm sure you'll be able to reach your goal of running a lap until 1:50:00, it's realistic. What does your routine look like? Have you set one yet?
